The website

Paladin STR Shield is an education and owner-records site run by Paladin Equity Capital LLC. You may use it to learn about the rooms, estimate taxes for discussion with your CPA, and, after you create an account, review sample documents.

The offering

You own one of 120 room-level condominium units in one hotel. Each unit is one guest room, with a recorded deed. It is a hotel room unit, not a home, and not a residential condo conversion. The units are offered to accredited investors under Rule 506(c).

A sale is made only through the offering documents and the risk factors, and only after accredited-investor checks. This website is not those documents. Sample files are labeled “Draft sample document — not for execution.”

No advice

Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or investment advice. Calculators are illustrative. Your CPA and your lawyer decide what applies to you. Paladin does not operate the hotel.

Your account

You must give an email you can open and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for the hours and notes you approve. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that we cannot verify.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, try to break into another person’s account, or copy the sample documents and present them as final papers. The hotel brand does not endorse this offering.
