What we collect

Paladin STR Shield stores account identity (name, email, and role), participation attestations, booking and revenue records you or your property import, documents you upload, and room inquiries. We do not sell this information.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@paladinequity.dev from the address on your account. We remove your name, email, phone, and similar details from the account and suspend it.

We keep a record that the deletion occurred. Earlier compliance records stay in place.

Services that may receive data

• YouTube (Google) — the homepage video player, only if you press play.
• Calendly — the booking page, when you open “Book a 30-minute call.”
• Google Fonts — the type on these pages.
• Clerk — sign-in and email verification.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@paladinequity.dev from the address on your account.
2. We remove the personal details from the account and suspend it.
3. You can confirm the account can no longer sign in.
